    Hp laptop HDMI won't work


    I've been trying to get my laptop connected to my tv but every time I plug in the hdmi, nothing happens.When I restart my computer it gets stuck on a black screen but it connects to my tv for a moment before it goes black again and the laptop shuts off. After many failed boots Laptop just turns off again, it shows the windows recovery screen.I've tried searching for new graphics drivers but there are none and there's no hdmi settings on my tv

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    • Did you make any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
