  1. HP Laptop Mousepad Issues // Need Help As soon as possible

So i have recently found an issue on my HP Laptop. If i go to play a game. (Such as Minecraft , or a game that uses mousepad and moving with the mousepad) I can not use the mousepad and use other keys at the same time. I did find a thing that fixes this but it involves uninstalling my Clickpad Driver and then restarting my laptop whenever i want to play. THis is extremely annoying and i was wondering if there was a way i could make this permanent instead of uninstalling it whenever i restart my computer. Answer as soon as possible. Thanks!

if you are reinstalling windows 10 on a device that previously had it activated, you don't need it.

skip the page, during install, that asks for a key, using the link in the bottom left.

windows will automatically activate when you go online.

If the first account listed is "Administrator", then yes, that is the "hidden" admin account, it still exists; but it may be damaged or inaccessable due to system file corruption.
There are options to restore, but if you want to clean install rather that hunt around for the problem, it's simple enough.
Short version: just download the Windows 10 ISO and install to a flash drive or disk, uninstall any antivirus software and unmount any drives where C: is not installed, boot from that media, and install.
Better (and much more detailed) instructions here, thanks to
    Andre
    and
    Greg
    :

How to Download Official Windows 10 ISO files Using Media Creation Tool or Directly Using your Web Browser

    Clean Install Windows 10

And my advice is to run a file backup and a system image to an external drive before any of this.
If you have these, you won't lose anything you can't replace and you'll be able to easily get back to where you are now in case anything goes sideways.

Alternatively, (and if you haven't already), you can try to re-enable the hidden admin account via

    DaveM121
's spot-on command line instructions above or restore your regular account's admin privilege via Settings > Accounts or via Control Panel > User Accounts > Change account type (but again, DaveM121's command line instructions shown above are easier).

    1) First check the hardware using the HP UEFI diagnostics:
    2) Download and install version 6.6.2:
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Official Site

    3) After the download has been installed power on the computer and repetitively click the F2 key to open the BIOS UEFI diagnostics.

    4) Run the loop until failure test overnight.

If there are problems the test is designed to abort and post a HP error code.
    5) It the loop until failure is running the next day and there have been 2 loops you can abort the test by clicking the keyboard escape key.
    6) Then view the tests for the component or interactive tests.
Run through the interactive keyboard test and mouse tests.
    7) Report the results of the tests into the thread.

    8) If the hardware tests pass then place the computer into clean boot:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...oot-in-windows
    TechNet Wiki
    9) Report into the thread whether the problems improve, worsen, or remain the same in clean boot.
    10) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums:
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums Windows 10 Tutorials
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums
    11) Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or an unknown device > post an image into the thread.
    12) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    13) sfc /scannow
    14) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    15) chkdsk /scan
    16) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread17) Open control panel > large or small icons > click troubleshooting > on the left pane click view all > run these troubleshooters, clik on details, and post images into the thread for any items that were fixed or unable to be fixed:
    a) Hardware and devices
    b) Keyboard
    c) video playback

To enter the UEFI/BIOS it is usually F2 but it might be FN+F2 if using the Laptops special function keys. It maybe another key not F2. Check on that.
Also you have to be quick as it is a relatively short opportunity when the manufacturers logo comes up.

Another way to get to the same place is via Windows which is rather long winded but gets you there.
Settings > Update and Security > Recovery > Advanced Start-up > Restart now > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware settings > Restart.

    However back to your question.
    Touchpad/Clickpad.
Other things you can try are Function keys there is usually one to disable the Touchpad on most Laptops.

Another way is via Task Manager > Services Tab > Disable/Enable Touchpad service (You will have to identify the correct one).

Yet another way is to go to the Device Manager find the Touchpad device and disable/enable.

Part of this is an HP thing. I don't have an HP to comment on that specific bit.
At least you know how to get to the BIOS/UEFI now.
Don't think you need go through that lot in #2.

I suggested those 3 things to disable the Touchpad/Clickpad, somewhat easier than uninstalling the driver.

These Touchpad/Clickpads are all customised by manufacturers to suit their Laptops, so again they are just things to try.

The reference in #6 is wrong for my Laptop.
