    Bitlocker Recovery Key

    No, no other accounts.

    What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

    I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?

    New HP Spectre - how to find my BitLocker Recovery Key

    Setting up my new HP Spectre, and am looking for my BitLocker Recovery Key. I've logged into our family Microsoft account, and found my device. Thought that's where I'd find the key, or directly on my computer. Cannot find it on either location.

    Can someone point me to the right location?

    Purchased new hp computer today, the encryption was on, attempting to get my bitlocker recovery key, system requests my email, when i place it in, system state they cannot use my personal email, must be school or company email

    how do I retrive the bitlocker recovery key
