Windows 10: HP Laptop stuck on HP Logo

My laptop is stuck on the Hp logo and won't load, upon restarting it shows preparing automatic repair which doesn't work, I tried booting with many windows installation media usbs none of them worked, I can access system diagnostics and I tested all components and all of them passed, so what could be the problem here?

Yesterday I upgraded my windows 8.1 to windows 10 after the upgrade my hp laptop is not starting it is stuck at the hp logo and is not starting from hours.

stuck at HP logo at startup win 10

hi

so ever since i upgraded to win 10 i am having this problem. what happens is at startup the whole boot-up process gets stuck at HP logo and the loading circle never appears below that logo so i have to force close the laptop by long pressing the power button
and when i start it again it works fine...the HP logo appears and below it quickly the loading circle starts moving and laptop is turned on.

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
