Windows 10: HP Laptop system shutting down at 50% without warning

I am having issue with my HP laptop shutting down at 50% without any given warning. I have tried a quick fix to troubleshoot the battery life by un-installing all the battery items listed on "battery" and un-installing the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Battery back and re-installing it back on my system. To my dismay, I observed the battery life extend from 84% to 91% but now I ham having issues with my system shutting down without any warning. I also have been observing a pop up message when I scroll over the battery that reads "89% available plugged in, but not charging HELP!

HP laptop not charging over 86%, dies at 50% without warning

I'm running Windows 10 on an HP laptop. I always have to keep it charging because it doesn't charge past 86%, and it turns off itself at around 50% without any warning. Is this a problem with the battery or power settings?

Laptop shuts down without warning

There are a couple of issues. After updating to Windows10, my HP laptop does not wake up automatically after sleep. Laptop is on but has a black screen and no display.

NSIS Error shows.

Laptop shuts down without warning after 30 minutes or so (varies) even when there is still battery percentage left.

System 32 file opens automatically when I turn on the laptop again after abrupt shutdown.
