Windows 10: HP Laptop turns off when I unplug it from the charger, though the Battery is at 100% also...

My HP laptop with Windows 10 shuts off the momemt I unplug the charger. Searching the net, a few articles told me about adaptive brightness and it's relation to this.

That reminded me that my adaptive brightness also stopped functioning, though I'm not really sure when. It would be of great help if someone could tell me how to get out of this.

HP Laptop charging issues

My HP DV6-1190EV laptop recently stopped charging..u have to unplug and plug the charger to work..

I did buy a new original charger from ebay..

it gives me the 7% battery warning the laptop goes on hibernate and then u have to plug and unplug the charger several times to work.. it doesn't work if u plug and unplug the charger while it gives u the warning..

note that laptop needs a format 100%

any help?

Hp pavillion dv4000 battery/charger issue

Aight TPU need the help. So my moms laptop started to act up and not charge when the chargers plugged in. Not just the one in came with but all compatible chargers. So now its out of battery life(duh no charge =P) so I cant turn it on...I contacted HP, no help there like well its not under warranty. So I asked, even though its your batteries malfunction, I'm still going to get a new one for full price? no. I asked how long the warranty is, 1 year. After she told me the batteries normally die after 2 years(which its been) so coincidently, the warranty wears off a years before the expected battery life*Wtf :wtf: So I hung up, and turned to you guys. Help please.
