Windows 10: HP laptop with latest Windows 11 runs too slow

The problem's been going on since late November/early December. Start-up works just fine, but opening any website takes too long - as long as 1 minute in a few instances. It's agonizingly slow! I've run troubleshooters with no success. As I write this I'm doing a full scan using Microsoft Safety Scanner. Have any of you guys solved the problem with other means?

HP Spectre Folio 13 lost Bluetooth after latest Windows 11 update

After the most recent Windows 11 update, Bluetooth on this HP Spectre Folio 13t-Ak000 CTO stopped working. The computer refuses to report that it has Bluetooth, so no controls are visible. Given the proximity to the Windows 11 update, I am assuming that it is a software conflict rather than a hardware failure. The latest manufacturer's updates are for Windows 10 only.

The following steps were taken, to no avail:

• Airplane mode was turned on and off.
  
• A corrupted device driver, suspected as being the misinterpreted Bluetooth driver, was removed and the computer was rebooted to force a reinstallation.
  
• All Windows and HP updates were installed, including a BIOS update.
  
• System File Checker repaired the OS.
  
• HP's network drivers were downloaded and reinstalled on the system.
  
• The Bluetooth troubleshooter was run but no Bluetooth hardware was detected.
  

I have also posted this report on the HP boards. I have considered looking for the component manufacturer's Bluetooth drivers, if any, but I can't figure out the manufacturer. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Why is my new HP Laptop Intel Core i5 running so slow?

I am just about done with Microsoft and PCs. I should not have to search the web and spend hours customizing my computer to get it to run correctly. My not so old HP laptop was starting to run so slow, and I do not use it for anything but email and Office 365, and web surfing. I upgraded to a new HP Laptop with Intel Core i5 and it has run slow from the start. Upgraded to Windows 11 and now everything is jammed up. I am furious. I've spent 2 days trying suggestions from the web to get things to run smoothly. THIS SHOULD NOT BE. I feel scammed Microsoft. I've been a faithful PC user for decades, and computer savvy and I know what I am doing. I have cleaned up the start up programs, uninstalled all unnecessary programs... nothing seems to help. Ridiculous. How do I get things running smoothly?
