Windows 10: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28-M31

Discus and support HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28-M31 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a flashing light on the printer.     I have a flashing light on the printer. It is orange and to me it would mean that the toner reservoir is full. I cannot find a toner waste container on the printer, so I'm not sure what this means. My computer says the printer is offline.
