Windows 10: HP M1212ng MFP will not finish installation on windows 10 computer

I have tried to install HP M1212nf mfp to my computer that runs windows 10 64 bit numerous times. Each time I've tried installing, the installation says it cannot finish installing. I get error messages whenever I try to print pages afterwords. I can scan okay. I've done manual installs from the settings page. Any help with this issues would be greatly appreciated.Eric

• From which website did you download the drivers?
• Are you able to install other applications or programs on the pc?
  

I suggest to go to the below link and try re-downloading the drivers and run as administrator and check if helps.

Windows Up-date keep installing HP Driver update for HP LaserJetM1530 MFP Series PCL6

Hello:

I have HP Envy PC Desktop 16MB RAM and 3TB HD, running Win10Prof 64Bit Ver 1903 OS Build 18362.175. I have LaserJet 1536dnf MFP attached with the desktop.

The windows Update keep installing "HP Driver update for HP LaserJetM1530 MFP Series PCL6" and failing it with error 0x80240017. I was hoping with new version this will go away but it keep doing it.

If you have seen the problem yourself and have a solution, please suggest.
