Windows 10: HP Officejet 4655 prints color when connected via USB, but won't print color if connected...

Recent Windows update this afternoon 12/12/2020. Created an MSWord document with color borders. Went to print it and it printed in greyscale. Checked the print properties and there is no option for color. After running diagnostics, updating drivers, a hard restart of the printer, restarting computer--no change; still prints in greyscale. Moved the computer to within reach of the printer and connected via USB, then printed the same document. Results: Color borders printed. While this works for my immediate need, I work in a different office, and having to disconnect and relocate every time I need to print in color is not feasible. Looking for recommendations on how to fix this. Thanks for your help.

I just recently purchased my HP OfficeJet 3830 and it is having the same above issues of not printing in color. When I print a Test Quality Page the color shows up, it is working. However, when I print directly from the computer, for example, from Microsoft
Word, Online, etc. it will only print in black and white.

I cannot print in color on my windows 10 computer to my HP Officejet 4650 all-in-one printer. I ran test printouts on

the printer itself and it prints in color. I checked my printer settings and color is the default. Yet, anything I print from my

computer only prints in black and white. Any suggestions?
