    I have deleted the HP program from the control panel and reinstalled multiple times without success. The printer has solid wi-fi connection as does the computer but the computer cannot communicate with the printer. This all began with upgrade to Windows 11. If I power off an restart the printer, often it prints the job.

    My HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer/fax/scanner stopped working after last update. Now my HP Smart program is now missing that was used to access the printer for different functions.

    how to enable scan to computer HP Officejet Pro 8600

    have established internet connection to between Windows 10 64bit and printer device

    where do I set this up from the?

    1. Printer device screen

    2. In windows

    3. From printer icon on desktop ("C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet Pro 8600\Bin\HP Officejet Pro 8600.exe" -Start UDCDevicePage)

    4. Or do I need additional app from HP to initiate the change?

    I cannot find, "Scanner Actions"
