Windows 10: HP Omen 30l GT13-0024 black screen in games

For my birthday party 3 days ago, my dad got me an HP Omen 30l GT13-0024. I just recently found out there is no warranty on it because someone returned it to BestBuy.The computer seems to work fine at first glance, but if I am playing games, it almost always will instantly give me a black screen, and I can only power the computer off and turn it back on to use it afterwards. I've tried updating drivers, using old drivers, I used DDU tried reseating the graphics card, tried changing resolution this did help a bit with some games, but it still happens and still no actual fixes.The spec
