Windows 10: HP Pavilion 14-dv0521sa laptop Bitlocker recovery 12months old

Hi a couple of nights ago my laptop tried to perform a couple of windows updates, it then failed and tried to reverse what it had done, when the laptop restarted I was greeted with the bitlocker recovery page, I tried the link aka.ms/myrecoverykey and logged into my account then received the message below Try a different URLWe don't have anything to show you at this link. Try searching for what you want instead.any help would be massively appreciated

I just ordered the 14" HP Pavilion 14-bf001nd
HP Pavilion 14-bf001nd - Kenmerken - Tweakers

• Intel Core i3-7100U (2.4GHz)
• 6GB ram (1x4 + 1x2.... I might upgrade it in the near future to 2x4GB to run dual channel, if it's already fast enough maybe not though..)
• 256GB M.2 SSD
• 1080p IPS screen
• Backlit keyboard
• Colors silver/gold
• AC Wifi + BT 4.2

I will mainly use it for email/web browsing, Netflix and live TV streaming which shouldn't be a problem with this laptop.

Bitlocker What are my steps to remove/unlock on HP

I have an Hp laptop model 14-dq2043cl that is approximately 1 year old, this morning upon starting the computer a blue screen appeared Bitlocker on it and asking for a recovery key. This has never been activated on my computer nor do I have the recovery key. I am unable to move beyond this screen, What are my steps to remove?unlock?

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
