    Hi everyone.I have an HP pavilion 15-cs2093nl which get stuck before executing the BIOS.This is the past history:The computer used to fail to run windows I got "boot device not found" error. Since I didn't have anything important in the computer, I was going to erase everything and re-install windows again. As usual, I create an USB stick with the media creation tool. However, at the moment of deleting the partitions in the computer in order to re-install windows, I got the error "0x800701" and the partitions couldn't be erased nor formatted. I tried both by installing windows 11 and windows

    HP Pavilion Notebook BIOS

    I have an HP laptop that is NOT a pavilion, but somehow the pavilion BIOS got on it, probably because my previous lap top WAS a Pavilion. It will not update Windows 10. I keep getting a message to remove the HP Pavilion BIOS, but I don't know how to do

    Can't update the HP Pavilion Notebook.

    I'm trying to update my system and am getting a message to delete HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS manually as it is incompatible with the upgrade.

    I can't find it to delete it. It's not in the Programs list with the other HP apps.

    Any suggestions?

    My husband has an HP laptop which was attempting to upgrade Windows 10. He received the message that before installation can be completed, to remove HP Pavilion Notebook--Bios. I have seen a number of suggestions by Googling as well as several older messages
    on this community. Can you give an informed, up-to-date suggestion of how to deal with this? Thank you.
