Windows 10: Hp pavilion convertible 14 laptop; No Audio both headphone port and speakers

I carelessly unplugged the headphone jack off from its port but as soon as I unplugged it, my laptop turned off at the same time. I knew there was something off, I immediately turned it on but when I started playing music, speakers are not working anymore and my headphones are no use too because it came with a noise that sounds like a radio covering the actual sound of what I am listening. I don't know what to do and there is limited Hp stores that can provide service to this kind of situation cause of the pandemic. Please help me to solve this.

I am only using bluetooth speakers and an external soundcard, and I tried to update the drivers after the audio was gone but I can't find the realtek audio manager from the device manager and I don't know if the driver I installed was really working either.

Yes, however, it will still register as speakers and will be 'Line Level' so check your Volume beforehand so as not to damage your ears!

It appears to be a headset icon. So it could work but I need an adatper. What about the ports on the back? Can headphone be plugged into audio "line out" (port 6) and microphone into port 7 (refer to image above)

Here are photos of the front and back of one of the HP pavilion desktops. As seen on the front, you can only plug in headphones, but not microphone so I can't use that. Looking at the back, I'm not sure what audio line in and line out means. Microphone can probably work with slot 7 but I'm not sure about the headphones.

I need the headphone and microphone ports to be very close to each other, so I can plug in a typical headset.
