Windows 10: HP Pavilion Keyboard and Power option no longer functions for no reason

So I have had my Pavilion since 2018, I’m not rough with it I’m very gentle but for years the entire right side of my keyboard has been broken. No I didn’t not spill water on it if I did the entire computer wouldn’t be working. I called customer service and their suggestions actually broke my laptop and I had to get it manually reset by a tech geek. Now my power options aren’t available, I have to log out in order to shut down my computer. I was wondering if anyone with HP Pavilion 360 is having this issue. It’s like one day I woke up and half the keyboard doesn’t work and now I don’t have pow

HP pavilion keyboard driver is missing

My friend has an old HP Pavilion g6-1a52nr Notebook PC, 64 bit, the laptop's keyboard driver went missing after updating windows 10, the keyboard no longer works.

Windows updater can't find it, we tried several driver downloaders like Dumo and driver booster and easy drivers and HP support assistant and Snappy Driver, nothing works, the driver isn't listed on HP drivers list, they only list the touchpad driver.

HP added a new 15.6" diagonal model to the 11.6" and 13.3" diagonal HP Pavilion x360s which are 12-14 percent thinner with lighter designs compared to the previous generations with starting weights at 2.93lbs6 and 3.48lbs6 and profiles at 19.3mm and 19.8mm thin respectively. HP's new 15.6" diagonal HP Pavilion x360 starting weight is 5.07lbs6 and is 23.9mm thin.
