    HP Pavilion Laptop with Windows 11 restarts every time I try to wake it from sleep mode ??


    Every time my HP Pavilion laptop goes into sleep mode, when I try to wake it by pressing a key or using the mouse, the screen stays blank and then eventually restarts itself. So I've turned off sleep mode completely for now. But it would be very useful to fix this issue. I called the tech support of the company I bought it from, but none of their troubleshooting helped. So they referred me to microsoft support. My laptop is still under it's 1 year warranty. I called the microsoft number and it said they only help online now... which is how I've ended up here! Has anyone else had this problem

    Restart when waking laptop from sleep mode


    When I wake my HP laptop from sleep mode, it says there is a problem and needs to restart. Then it restarts. It didn't do this until I upgraded to Windows 10. Anyone else have this problem or have suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you for any assistance.
