Windows 10: HP Pavilion stuck in a "Preparing Automatic Repair" loop. I'm not sure how to fix it....

Today, I noticed that there was an update on my HP Pavilion and decided to go through the update. However, I got stuck in a loop where it'd say "Diagnosing your PC", "Prepairing Automatic repair", followed by an error screen telling me that it failed. Restarting, exiting back to Windows, or shutting it down doesn't work.I don't want to have to return this laptop and get a new one as I can't afford it, and I'm not sure I can get a normal repair either. I'm scared that my laptop is broken... Can someone please help me? Any advice would work. Thank you.

Stuck on Automatic Repair Loop for HP Envy

I'm stuck on the Automatic Repair Loop with my HP Envy and nothing I see online seems to be working

• I'm unable to access the "Advanced Options" - it always just pushed restarts the computer
  
• I'm unable to reset by BIOS - holding ESC of F10 don't seem to work
