    HP Pavilion x360 m convertible cannot identify SSD drive in installing windows 10


    My friend haa laptop that has Windows 11 installed and he wants to downgrade to Windows 10. Firsthand he tried installing the 32-bit version but it didn't work. he then tried installing the 64-bit version but the laptop is now stuck and can't read or identify the internal SSD. I tried to help him over the phone but it seems that the BIOS is stuck in a loop and we are not able to change the bootable sequence from the current setting of the USB drive. Because the laptop has an SSD, He should have downloaded an app for the RAID settings so it could identify the SSD to install the OS. However, now

    Should I upgrade to higher RAM or an SSD? HP Pavilion x360 Convertible

    My HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible needs both a RAM and an SSD upgrade. Which do I upgrade first as I can only do one at at time? Would the RAM help make it faster first or an SSD? I will be using Crucial parts. Edit: Computer can be upgraded to 16GB. But do I need that much? Thanks!
