Windows 10: HP Pavillion 2 in 1 Touch starting issues

I have a HP Pavillion 2 in 1 touch that I bought the winter of 2020 and it has started to have issues with turning on. I can turn it on one time before I have to let it die then start charging it again to get it to turn on again. When i hold the power button down after the one use to hard reset it doesn't do anything except keep its light on. The screen also stays black during all this. This developed back in June and I thought it was my computer took an L on me finally. I mostly used it for watching YouTube videos, drawing, and the occasional game. What should I do? I don't have the funds to

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.
