Windows 10: HP Pavillion Laptop Keyboard Not Working At All

Hello,I have an HP Pavillion laptop and the keyboard is not working at all. Usually when that happens I use my touchscreen to restart my laptop and it works. However, now even the touchpad isn’t working and I can’t shut down the laptop because the power button is on the keyboard. Very frustrating. I’m not sure what I can do now.

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.

 

HP Pavillion Laptop internal keyboard & touchpad not working

Hi Neither my laptop Pavillion Model 14-bf153sa keyboard or touchpad work at all. An external keyboard and mouse on usb work fine. Doing Windows keyboard troubleshoot say "Text Service not running. Is this the problem? How to solve?

 

HP Pavillion DV4 Laptop Needs Screen Cable...

Have a HP Pavillion DV4 Laptop, screen started to go whacky about a year ago, but wiggling the cover would fix it, over time got worse to the point it completely stopped working.

I took the unit apart, put it back together and WHAM, it was working fine... until I moved the screen and it started to go haywire again, lines, a semi blank white screen, etc. External monitor works fine.

The screen is a complete b*tch to work on, and I suspect it's a damaged cable. There's a cable bundle (it's not a ribbon) that winds around the lid hinge - I think it's frayed.

Nice laptop, can handle most games and loaded with features. Would like to fix it. Anyone have experience with an HP laptop?
