    HP Pavillion with Windows 11 show HP logo for 2 seconds, then get blue screen of death


    I was using my computer yesterday and now I cannot get into it. Now when I try to start up my computer, it shows the HP logo and the wheel below loads for roughly 2 seconds. Then it freezes and I get the blue screen of death with the error code "bad_system_config_info". It does this over and over.I have tried hard restarting twice in a row, rapidly selecting the F8 key, and rapidly selecting shift+F8.

    Hi

    I have a HP Pavilion 15 laptop that runs Windows 11.

    1. I turn it on with the power button
    2. It shows the HP logo for 10-30 seconds
    3. It shows a blank blue screen for 10-30 seconds
    4. It turns off.
    I can reach the HP Startup menu. I cannot get past the HP logo. I can’t get to Windows.

    I cannot know for sure if I have the most recent Windows update. I can’t access Windows troubleshooter. I can’t access Command Prompt.

    What can I do?

    hp pavillion dv2000t BSOD at windows logo...

    Hello i have a hp pavillion dv2000t tha gives me the BSOD for half of a second or less when i get to the windows logo and restarts. I went into bios and did the hardrive test and it passed everything. I tried to re install windows and it says the harddrive is not connected or could not be detected, i forgot the exact wording.

    anyone know whats going on here? time for new ram...hdd?????

    btw i booted knoppix of the cd fine and it worked....

    HP laptop running windows 10 keeps showing blue screen of death for no apparent reason.

    Hp laptop running windows 10 keeps showing blue screen of death for no apparent reason. After the blue screen of death and it collects the error information, it shows a page titled, "please install boot device on your hard drive", I did one of the checks
    the page suggested the first few times this happened and it stated, "no hard drive found, please install a hard drive, but it works perfectly fine after doing a forced shutdown, until this happens around the next 30 minutes or so.

    Details: (in quotation marks)

    HP laptop-"14-al104ne"

    Running-"Windows 10" (will specify the version later)

    Intel-"I5 7th generation"

    Hard drive-"1Terabyte HDD"

    Ram-"8 gigabytes ram"

    If you need any more information like the graphics card, etc, please inform in the replies section.
