Windows 10: HP Pocket Media drive will not connect

I have a pocket media drive that connects to every computer I attach it to, except 1. The light on the front just continuously blinks.


And I'm wondering why.


I do know there is a driver update for this drive, and I would manually add the driver update if I knew where to manually download it from, and then install it.


Any one have any thoughts as to why it doesn't connect to one computer?

HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

• On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
• Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
• Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.

Connecting to Pocket MSN

I have tried to connect to Pocket MSN on to different Pocket PC's both running WM5 without success any suggestions?

It is not password or user name problems as this works when signing on to Hotmail via a PC.

This only happens when I use my Hotmail Address, and it is simple you can't use what you can't sign on to......
