Windows 10: HP Printer office jet 4650 - no color options showing

Hello,


Everyone in the house can print in color on the other computers and devices but me. I can even print from my work computer in color. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.


This has to be a setting in the services or display settings that restricts the printer options to print in color. The menu to print in grey scale or color doesn't even show up when i select print.


This is definitely a windows configuration issue and not the printer itself.


Please help.


Where in the administrative services does the printer color options show up? Does the display configurations change printing abilities?

HP office jet printer 4650 paper printed is blank, catridges are still good

When I try to print from HP office jet printer 4650 the page comes out blank. The printer cartridges are still good. I reinstalled the print drivers.

We understand your concern as you are unable to perform color print from your HP printer using Windows 10 PC.



In this scenario, we would suggest you to refer the steps as mention in this article from HP:
HP Deskjet Printers - Color Images Print in Black and White



If the issue still persists, then we would suggest you to remove/uninstall the printer completely and reinstall it.

1. Download all the printer driver and the installer from
   Software and drivers for HP Office Jet 4650 All-in-One Printer
   
2. Now press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
   
3. Scroll down and expand Printer queues, Printer & Imaging Devices. Now Right click on the
   HP printer device and select Uninstall.
   
4. Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device” and click
   Ok.
   
5. Do not restart the PC if it’s prompted, close device manager.
   
6. Now press Windows + R key to launch the
   Run command.
   
7. Type appwiz.cpl and click
   Ok to launch Programs and features.
   
8. Scroll and look for the HP printer. Right click and click on
   Uninstall.
   
9. Restart the PC and later install the printer that you have downloaded in step 1.

hp officejet 4650 printer won't print color using windows 10.

I cannot print in color on my windows 10 computer to my HP Officejet 4650 all-in-one printer. I ran test printouts on

the printer itself and it prints in color. I checked my printer settings and color is the default. Yet, anything I print from my

computer only prints in black and white. Any suggestions?
