Windows 10: HP Printer won't print on one of two laptops

I have an HP8030 laserjet, All is well with my Dell laptop, but I cannot print with my wife's HP laptop windows apps. I can print from her laptop using the HP Smart App. I have tried multiple times to delete print jobs from the spooler - there are always one or two that cannot be deleted because they are in use by some other app. I removed the HP8030 from my wife's laptop and reinstalled it, several times, and can never get past the error of something blocking the print queue. Meanwhile, my Dell laptop prints from Windows apps fine on the same printer. I am about to either try a new pr

I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
