Windows 10: hp ProBook 450 g0 with AMD Radeon 8750M and pes 2013 does not work

hp ProBook 450 g0 with AMD Radeon 8750M and pes 2013 does not work on my laptop when I install windows 10 but it is work fine when I install windows 8.1
I check that AMD Radeon 8750M is updated and any another game will work fine just pes 2013 does not work

HP ProBook 450 G3 Screen Flickering with device connect disconnect sound after Win10 1709 Update.

I am having this issue with my HP ProBook 450 G3 base model (with AMD Radeon R7 M340 and Intel HD Graphics 520) after Windows 10 Fall creators update 1709, the screen flickers randomly with device connect/disconnect sounds, the device list in the device
manager also flickers every time this happens. Is anyone having the same Issue or knows how fix this? It’s really annoying.

AMD Radeon HD 8750M not compatible with Windows 10

HP Intel Core i7-4702MQ @ 2.20GHz

64-bit Operating System

Since I upgraded my system from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, it is coming up with Internal Power Error code.

I tried everything that I could find on the Internet to resolve the issue, except reverting back to Windows 8.1

I had to disable AMD Radeon HD 8750M adapter (Device Manager) to stop the error, but now my GPU fan is suddenly making a loud sound.

Please help.
