Windows 10: HP Prodesk 400 G7 forgot login and no restart option

i have an old work pc, the company has since shut down so i cannot contact them. I decided to try and unlock to computer but i cannot remember the password. I have been able to get into the Startup menu but there is no option to to go into Troubleshoot. I have toggled with the BIOS options. Upon the pc opening, there is no option to restart the pc while holding shift. I cannot bring up any command boxes that I have been able to figure out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Is there any way around this login menu if I don't recall the password?

HP ProDesk 400 freezing and automatically rebooting when using Ebay

For some time now when I try to use Ebay on my HP ProDesk 400 G4 SFF running Windows 10 Pro, and using Firefox, my computer will freeze then reboot. I first noticed this about a month ago. Tried again and still doing the same thing. What is going on??

 

How do I install Media Feature Pack N for Windows 10 Pro 64-bit on on HP ProDesk 400 G6 SFF

I am trying to update iTunes on my HP ProDesk 400 G6 SFF but iTunes requires I install Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows.

I can't find the "Optional Features" pack in the Apps>Settings menu.

Is there another way to install this?

 

Windows 11 Pro 22H2 HP ProDesk 400 G5 Desktop Mini Keeps blue screening.

Windows 11 Pro 22H2 HP ProDesk 400 G5 Desktop Mini Keeps blue screening. System is up to date on its Windows updates. BIOS is also up to dates.

Dump file has been created, but I have no idea on how to get the infor from it.

Can anyone help?
