Windows 10: Hp resetting

Hi, I have recently reset my PC due to it running slow and after reinstalling windows, it asks me to set things up for work or school. It makes me put in an email ending in a school or work domain. How would I fix this?

After reset it's only the openning page with +hp

To perform a clean reset on the IPAQ 1950 and return you HP iPAQ to factory settings:

• Press and hold the Calendar and iPAQ Wireless buttons.
• While holding down these buttons, use the stylus to lightly press the Reset button on the left side of the HP iPAQ for about two seconds.
  
• When the HP iPAQ screen begins to fade, release the Calendar and iPAQ Wireless buttons first, and then remove the stylus from the Reset button.
  
• Plug the device into the AC Adapter or press the Reset button again.

The HP iPAQ resets and powers on.







I think you might be missing that last step 4.

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• What is the model number of your Surface device?
• Are you getting any error messages when plugging in the jumpdrive?
