Windows 10: HP scanjet g4050 no longer works in W10 v22H2

Discus and support HP scanjet g4050 no longer works in W10 v22H2 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I just turned my HP scanjet g4050 after about a year or so of not using it and now I am getting error and messages and it won't scan.     HP scanjet g4050 no longer works in W10 v22H2


    I just turned my HP scanjet g4050 after about a year or so of not using it and now I am getting error and messages and it won't scan. It worked perfectly the last time I used it. I am running W10, v22H2. Tried to uninstall and install software and driver again and no luck.

    Thanks for your reply. However, I do not think it solve the mystery, as I did try to download the driver from the manufacturer's English website, see link below:

    Do you have any other suggestions that might help?

    Driver for HP Scanjet G4050 in English

    Hi,

    I am installing a driver for HP Scanjet G4050 in Windows 10 and want it to appear in English. However, it appears in Portuguese (I live in Lisbon).

    I have tried to change the Language to English and "Country and Regional" to something else than "Portugal", e.g. to "United Kingdom". After these changes and before downloading the file, I did restart the computer.

    Anyway, the language in the app continues to be in Portuguese. Anybody, that can explain me how to get it to work in English?

    HP Scanjet G3110

    My Scanjet G3110 stopped working and in the suggestions to restore it, I reinstalled it, using the installation disk that came with it....However, the response was that I needed to also reinstall HP Photosmart software that came with the device....I have
    only the one installation disk....I can't find anything on line....Suggestions?
