Windows 10: HP smart app issues; I don't have bluetooth and I am not on wifi, so how do I make it work...

I have windows 10, love it btw, I have the HP smart app also. My daggum printer is already set up!! I want driver updates if there are any and anything else that I need for the printer!! ugh, so mad. It's the laser jet pro M203dw, out of warranty of course, boss is too cheap to get me another one, so here we are.

Can´t Connect my notebook to Samsung Smart TV

Hi,

I don´t know why but I can't connect (duplicate screen) from my Hp Notebook to my Samsung Smart TV.

I can play youtube videos from my note to my smart TV, but when I try to duplicate my screen, it tries to connect but then it disconnects right away.

I have gone through the steps for checking the wifi network, miracast and nothing seems to work.
