Windows 10: HP Spectre Folio 13 lost Bluetooth after latest Windows 11 update

After the most recent Windows 11 update, Bluetooth on this HP Spectre Folio 13t-Ak000 CTO stopped working. The computer refuses to report that it has Bluetooth, so no controls are visible. Given the proximity to the Windows 11 update, I am assuming that it is a software conflict rather than a hardware failure. The latest manufacturer's updates are for Windows 10 only.The following steps were taken, to no avail:Airplane mode was turned on and off.A corrupted device driver, suspected as being the misinterpreted Bluetooth driver, was removed and the computer was rebooted to force a reinstal

latest windows update is KB4480056

The port used for Bluetooth is appearing as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I have tried uninstalling and rebooting, but the issue continues to occur.

HP x360 Spectre Windows Hello No Longer Working

Thanks for the suggestion. For reference (for people coming after me trying to find a solution), the steps Lee is suggesting are as follows:

• Device Security > Security Processor Details > Security Processor Troubleshooting > Clear TPM

Appreciate the help, Lee, but resetting the TPM using the process above didn't work. All it did was make me reset my PIN and sign in again via my Microsoft account. As I mentioned in my initial post, I have an HP Spectre
x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx, so I've been using the drivers found here:

Also as I mentioned, the latest drivers are installed - that's always my first go-to solution (other than turning it off and on again! ).

Any other suggestions?
