    how do I use the 1 tb of storage and also how do I activate the office 365 I am not too bright when it comes tio setting this up and could use some held as the hp came with absolutely no instructions I accidently switched out of s mode and wonder if that is why the option s haven't loaded up. unfortunately I used my email from another hp device and when I set up the hp stream it synched program settings from my hp beats to the new stream and fd it all up. if there is any way to reset this thing to factory programs I would love tro hear about it got thkis for my birthday today and am having a lot of trouble just getting it set up the way it is supposed to be. sorry very frustrated

    Hi RDFlash60! My name is Carlos T, I am an independent consultant and I hope I can help you today!

    in this case you should keep in mind that the Office 365 subscription only changes the storage referring to OneDrive, which includes 1 Tb. This means that if you want to have a space greater than the 50 Gb provided in a generic way with Outook.com you should
    consider switching to a business use subscription with which you could create personalized domain mail accounts with greater storage capacity. .

    Cortana & Office 365 Integration

    We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:



    • Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
    • We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana
    Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

    We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

    We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

    any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful
