Windows 10: HP stuck on two options, and blue screen.

I have a pavilion hp laptop. The battery went out so I replaced it. It ran for a day or so before popping up a blue screen that gives me two options. When I go trouble shoot, NOTHING works. I've tried absolutely all the buttons.I have no important files so I don't care if I need to restart the whole thing, but I've tried that! Please help
