Windows 10: HP TOUCHSMART 610 TOUCHSCREEN

Hi Since upgrading to windows 10 my Touchscreen has stopped working.

I have tried updating and disabling the drivers, updated Windows 10, uninstalling and reinstalling the touchscreen drivers but to no avail.



I have read through the questions and answers in the forum and tried to fix the problem with advice and instructions from members of the forum.


Any help would be much appreciated.

The HP TouchSmart610 Consumer PC is expected to be available on Feb. 9 in the United States at a starting price of $899.99. The HP TouchSmart 9300 Business PC is expected to be available in May in the United States; pricing will be provided closer to availability.

HP Touchsmart 610 pointer moving by itself.

Hi,

I have a HP Touchsmart 610, and the pointer keeps jumping to the top left corner suddenly and without warning, which often results in it closing the program currently on screen. how do I disable the touchscreen, or any advice on this would be greatly appreciated
to rectify this highly annoying glitch.

HP Pavilion TouchSmart touchscreen not working

I have an HP Pavilion TouchSmart all-in-one. The touchscreen stopped working. I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions, turn PC off and on, check for updates - all completed, disabled and enabled the HID compliant touchscreen, uninstalled and
reinstalled the driver, scanned for hardware changes and when I click on properties it says the device is working properly. BUT, nothing happens when I touch the screen. I am watching my great grandsons due to Covid-19 and it would be greatly appreciated
if I could get the touchscreen working as it is difficult for them to use the mouse. Thanks
