Windows 10: Hp tp01-2019 with GT 1030 not working with 3 screens, please help tried everything, display...

I have hp tp012019 with a gt1030 DisplayPort/hdmi video card. I purchases DisplayPort 3 screen adapter, I can get 2 screens to work but the third says display is not active, I have tried to extend them all, no luck, it just swaps to always 2 out of 3 screens, ran driver easy updated everything, disabled the original graphics card, the computer says the third screen is connected to the gt1030. But says it is not active for the life of me I don’t know what is happening please help how can I get all 3 to work or does my computer not support this

HP TOUCH SMART 520-1030 ALL IN ONE

I HAVE HP ALL IN ONE #520-1030. I was using Win 7. Upgraded to windows 10 2 days ago and can find touch screen on my computer.

Anyone have a suggestion. I hope I explained what the problem is exactly. Just about every else is working. I purchased this computer because I like the touchscreen aspect and now I have to give up windows 10 to use that program.

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

thanks MICROSOFT refers you back to HP and HP Refers you back to MS.

It's not just the touch screen. I guess you could call it a different environment. IN the application you can start the programs just by touching the screen. Play music look at pictures. I can't seem to find what the heck is going on. Its like it never
existed.

Appreciate your help. Perhaps someone out there has this same All in one computer and can help.
