Windows 10: hp truevision fhd rgb-ir is not working after installed KB5039299

The Cam is working with non microsoft aps but not with microsoft cam app and hello.Driver itself show no error. HP Diagnostics also show no error

Hi All, my issue was resolved by updating the following driver, HP Truevision FHD RGB-IR to 3.6.8.1

Camera driver for HP Spectre 360

Thank you for the update. After doing some reading about your computer the spec sheet shows this is what camera it comes with:

Webcam: HP TrueVision FHD IR Camera with integrated dual array digital microphone

I was looking at possible camera driver downloads from Microsoft's Catalog website and this one comes close:

Windows Hello broken after Fall 2017 Creators Update (HP Spectre x360)

This worked for me. I installed Windows 10 Version 1709 and Windows Hello stopped working.

I went to Device Manager by typing in the search bar found the HP TrueVision FHD RGB-IR under cameras and updated the driver to 3.6.8.7 and it worked straight away.
