Windows 10: HP TrueVision HD Camera

Hello


I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 home. Since then Two of my softwares stopped working

1- Finger Reader

2- TrueVision Camera


I have downloaded the sympantic software for Reader so it's back operational but Oh God It's been three days now searching all over the net for the HP TrueVision HD camera Microsoft USB video device software but in vain. As the software provider is Microsoft so you won't find the software on HP website. The actual problem is that the camera is not appearing in the device manager so you cannot upgrade the driver. So whenever you try to start camera the message comes as " WE can't find your camera " with error code " 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached"


Everyone is providing the solution through Device Manager, but as I said the camera option does not exist anymore in Device Manager so you can't do anything over there. Only solution is get the new driver from somewhere or role back to windows 7 again.


Would be grateful for the early response as due to the Corona pandemic, the only learning opportunities are online and you can't do nothing online to learn if your camera is not working.

Hp truevision HD not working

 

Installing HP TrueVision HD Camera

I have started using ZOOM and can not start my video. On my laptop monitor it shows HP TrueVision HD next to the camera eye.

On my Desktop it shows: CyberLink YouCAM

I have been trouble shooting and I received this error message:

0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>

Please help.
