Windows 10: HP Victus locked and I deleted my recovery key

Hello,I recently got a bitlocker recovery lock on my computer, and upon going to the aka.ms/myrecoverykey page, I deleted the recovery key because I thought it might remove the encryption. However, the encryption is still present and I am unable to recover my laptop. I've tried using several variants of "manage-bds" in the command line and all of them seem to result in some variation of "you need to access this in control panel" - which I can't get into.I've tried hard resetting my PC in the recovery startup but it always says "there was a problem resetting your pc"I've tried restoring to a pr

I tried the suggestion, however it did not work on my HP Laptop. I wish it had.

If you're locked out of your PC, you'll need a Bitlocker recovery key to sign back in. Bitlocker recovery keys may be recovered in the following places:

• On a printout you saved.
• Saved on a USB flash drive.
• In your Microsoft account. See Bitlocker Recovery Keys.
• In your Azure Active Directory account. If you are on a work PC and use an Azure Active Directory account to sign in, to get your recovery key, see the device info for your
  Microsoft Azure account.

Or you may ask some for help:

• Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
• If your PC is connected to a domain, ask a system administrator for your recovery key.

However, if the above places does not recover your recovery key, you may have to reset your PC to its default factory settings.
