Windows 10: hp w10 wireless keyboard not workig properly

wireless keyboard keys not either not respondig or showing incorrect character. specifically: 'shift' 'y' 'u' 'j' 'h' 'n' 'm' '6' '7' alread tried updating OS & keyboard drivers, running troubleshooter, checked phsical hardware, reset pc.previos to reset, same keys were responding with incorrect characters on screen, and now are not responding at all. using on-screen keyboard atm.

Because those keys with the exception of the shift key are in a block on your keyboard, that generally indicates a hardware problem with the keyboard, check the on-screen keyboard to test if that is working correctly, then connect another keyboard to your PC to test if that is also working correctly, if both of those are working correctly, then your keyboard will need to be replaced.
