Windows 10: Hp windows 11 laptop stuck in preparing automatic repair boot loop

For a couple of months, my laptop has been stuck on a preparing automatic repair loop. nothing on these support forums has helped. No matter what I do, it still remains on the same screen. I tried to force the computer to shut down. I tried to get it into startup repair. I have tried pressing the power button 3 times, I have tried pressing F8 repeatedly. Nothing works.I took it to a repair shop and somehow, when they opened the laptop it gave me a bitlocker screen, for which i did not have the info in the moment. I then took it home and that screen disappeared, I now only have the "preparing a

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

stuck in Preparing Automatic Repair loop after upgrading to windows 11

after upgrading to windows 11 every time I restart my PC or shut it down and then turn it on my PC gets stuck in a Preparing Automatic Repair loop

to exit the loop i have to go in UEFI (BIOS) settings and then go in BIOS setup and then in files and select apply default changes and exit

after that it restarts and my PC exits the loop

so i have to go back to windows 10

any suggestions??
