Windows 10: HP x 2 dual notebook and tablet sign in options

I have a HP combo computer & tablet. The screen can be easily pulled from the small keyboard and the computer acts like a tablet. I would like to sign in without a password or pin. If I disconnect the tablet/computer from the keyboard and try to turn it on at a later time, I cannot log in since the keyboard is not in place and I am stuck on the open screen. It seems that I have to start it first, log in and then disconnect the keyboard - which is not practical if I am taking the tablet somewhere later.


I see the options for the pin to remove (or change) it, but does it now switch to requiring a password? Because I have the same problem - no keyboard. If I could just boot up with no log in I could start the computer and get working. I don't want to delete pin log in and find that I cannot boot up. Was this clear?

Best tablet / notebook pc?

Hello,

I've apple ipod touch 4g, google nexus 4, hp envy 17 3d, so using all 3 OS - iOS, android, windows 7.

I dont have any tablet yet..thinking to buy windows 8 tablet..

i like hp envy x2 much..tablet / notebook..

but microsoft surface and many other good tablets in market and i dont have idea..

suggest me best windows 8/?RT.other tablets / notebook pc..

Dual Booting 2 x Windows 10 OS Drives (Existing Installs)


It is uneccessary to do all of the above.

1. Boot up Windows 10
2. Open Disk Management and take a note of the drive letter of the other Windows 10
3. Open Admin Command Prompt and type: bcdboot X:\Windows where X is the drive letter noted in step 2
4. Reboot, you should have a dual boot menu.
