Windows 10: HP Zbook 14U G5 touchpad upper buttons + pointstick

Hi, having problems with touchpad upper buttons and pointstick. Those won't work. Bought used laptop, made reset, changed keyboard. Drivers latest, no errors under device manager, final updates for windows. Keyboard works fine. Tried to search for loose cable connection, all is fine. Under options no possibility to activate pointstick or even in bios. Same issue with Dell laptop. There was as a solution download from microsoft store dell pointstick app which activatead function. But there no HP app for pointstick. Wrote to HP community, but no advice from there. Any suggestions?

The EliteBook 800 series and the ZBook 14u/15u are designed to pass MIL-STD-810G testing to ensure durability, and are more easily serviceable than previous generations The ZBook 14u/15u have industry-leading durability in a thin and light 14 and 15-inch form factor, as they undergo two additional MIL-STD 810G tests for bench handling and crash hazard shock for unpredictable conditions in technical environments. All the devices in this lineup are ENERGY STAR certified and EPEAT Gold registered.

The EliteBook 800 series and ZBook 14u/15u have a world-facing, noise-cancelling microphone, which removes unwanted sounds when in individual mode or enhances for 360-degree voice pick-up when in conference mode.
