    Hello, So I have HP ZBook x360 G5 convertible with Windows 11 installed and its Fingerprint isn't working in Windows Hello1. In the Settings it says "We can't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello"2. In Device Manager, Under Biometric Devices there is Synaptics VFS7552 driver with a Yellow triangle mark3. When double-clicking and opening that Synaptics VFS7552, In Device Status its states "This device cannot start. Code 10"4. So far I have updated the driver, Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but still, there is no luckDevice Details as FollowHP ZBook Studio x360 G5Wi

    HP Zbook. Windows 10 pro. SN# CND63676F4

    "we couldnt find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint"

    Things I have tried:

    1. Restarting the computer

    2. updating ... everything to include fingerprint drivers

    3. Removed fingeprint scanner driver and reinstalled

    4. rolled back driver

    5, within Run, I have tried stopping, starting, changing from automatic, etc.

    What else can I try?

    Hi there! I have a HP Envy x360 2020 model and ever since I installed the Windows 11 update the fingerprint scanner has not been working. in fact, none of the Windows Hello sign in options have been working, not even the PIN. The model number is HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ar0xxx. I have uninstalled the fingerprint scanner driver so it is not on my laptop anymore. If I go on the HP official website to install the driver, it only pops up with a Windows 10 driver. I have tried installing it but it still does not work. If anyone has a fix to this problem, please tell me how to fix it.
