Windows 10: HP3700 series Printer Installation

When I try to install my HP 3700 series printer, it comes up in the selection but tells me it's unavailable even though it's turned on and obviously able to be found. I can choose the printer from from both my iPad pro and my iPhone 13 plus, why can't I select it on my android PC, which is a Lenovo YOGO.Cheers

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

• Have you installed the latest drivers for the device?

Canon MG5500 series Printer Install

Try unplugging the Ethernet cord from the printer; turn it off (shut it off); wait 10 seconds; reconnect the Ethernet cord; turn on the printer. Also if that doesn't work try turning the printer back on then Reconnect the Ethernet cord. (If it doesn't work try doing either or both sets of step swapping

1. Try doing Steps 1, and 2 in the opposite order listed.

2. Try doing Steps 4, and 5 in the opposite order listed.)
