Windows 10: HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Hi there!sometimes randomlly i am not able to write via the search bar in the windows explorer via windows 10. i have ran sfc /scannow via cmd and noticed that error via the cbs logHRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUNDany help plz!

Windows 10 stuck in Recovery mode on restart | Fresh install throws Failed to load Session:1616_729406 [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND] error

I have been stuck with an issue that started out of nowhere on my HP machine.

After a recent update, when my laptop turned off/restarts I the HP logo and then for the briefest of seconds a window pops up (And closes) and then the system goes into recovery mode (shows the troubleshooting page).

I tried a hard reset, a soft reset(keeping my files), installing from a recovery drive and from a windows ISO image downloaded from the microsoft website.

In each of these cases, the moment the process triggers a restart (during the installation/reset) the same error comes up and I cannot proceed.

What I did notice is that I was able to start my system in Network boot by pressing the Esc key and entering the boot options but I don't know how that helps. (EDIT - I also noticed that if I keep pressing my Esc key and go to the Boot option but do not make
any selections/changes, the boot completes cleanly)

The Windows installation from the ISO said The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during boot operation.

UPDATE- I've checked and updated any drivers that had an update available.

 

SFC not repairing file. HRESULT = 0x80070002 In CBS Log

Hey, I have been having problems updating my computer for awhile pushing them off thinking nothing of it but just recently I was trying to install apps on MC Store and it would not download as well as my Windows Updates, giving me the error 0x800703f1. I did some research and saw that my files might be corrupt so I ran a SFC and indeed they were. System File checker told me they found corrupted files and were unable to repair them so I am trying to repair them manually.
Here is the only file that says "corrupt" and "not found.
