HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

Hello,

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.

HSDPA connection on 6110

I have my 6110 a month ago. One of the reasons I bought this phone because the capability to support HSDPA, but I can't get HSDPA connection successfully in my country Malaysia (location Penang). It OK if I only using 3G without HSDPA activated. If I activate
HSDPA function, I only can use it for one to two minutes before my network hang, and I can't make or receive a call after that until I restart the phone. I make a complaint to the telcos and they send technicians to my place and they shown me that the HSDPA
coverage is OK (but they using Vadafon data card and they test my SIM also without problem). Anybody can make it successfully in another part of Malaysia? May be HSDPA standard in Malaysia is difference? Or is there a bug in the phone software?
