You'll receive an error 413 on browsers when the request entity is too large than the server is able to handle. It occurs when the web page that you browse is accessing more information than what is limited and if the web page that you are viewing was received
from a server who's security certificate was not properly configured or invalid. To identify a secured website, it should have "https://..." on its web address. To resolve your concern about this you can clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Kindly follow the steps below on how to delete it:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click Settings or cog icon on the upper right-corner of the window.
• Click Internet Options
• Click Delete under Browsing History
• Click the check box besides History, Cookies and website data,
  Temporary Internet files and website files, and Preserve Favorites websites data.
• Click Delete

413 Error's

I keep getting 413 errors on certain websites I try to use.

Most of the time they're shopping websites. The site itself will come up, and other parts of the sites work just fine, but when I try to go to the parts where the actually items for sale are, the site either freezes or just won't load.

I finally looked at the properties and it said (basically) error 413.

How do I fix this? They work fine on my phone but I can't do everything that's not working on my computer on my phone. It's not feasible.
