Windows 10: HttpContext.Current.Session is null which inturn causing issues in my web application

I set up web application in my laptop and configure sessionstate as InProc but fail to create new HttpSessionStateWrapperHttpContext.Current.Session which is throwing HttpContext.Current.Session can not be null when I debug in Visual Studio 2019.

I set up web application in my laptop and configure sessionstate as InProc but fail to create new HttpSessionStateWrapper(HttpContext.Current.Session) which is throwing HttpContext.Current.Session can not be null when I debug in Visual Studio 2019.

 

Disable or enable Null Sessions

A null session happens when one computer contacts another computer directly, without going through a user account. That's why it's called an unauthenticated session, because nobody signed in with their user name and password.

Null sessions are needed so computers on a network can ask about each others' capabilities and folders so, yes, you want those things to be enabled.

I ran a third party system mechanic app on my computer and the following came up after analyzing:

Null sessions are enables. A hacker can connect to your computer using an unauthenticated "null" session.

Should I be concerned about this? Are there actions I can take. This is my personal computer I use at home.
