Windows 10: Huawei mobile broadband connection

I use windows 11 upgrading recently from windows 7.My only means of connection to internet is my usb router : huawei mobile broadband model E3216.Since my upgrade and my uploading of all recent updates suggested by the windows update, my USB doesn't connect to internet. It doesn't even seems to be read by the PC no led light, no voice that something enter the port USB, and of course no internet signal.I turned the ethernet on and I tried many ways but no result

It appears that Windows is managing your connection. It only allows you to connect to your mobile broadband connection if you're not connected to either Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. To work around this behavior, I suggest disabling this feature to allow
you to manually connect to your cellular or mobile connection. Please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular.
2. Uncheck the box for Let Windows manage this connection.
3. Once done, try connecting manually to your mobile broadband while Ethernet is connected and see if it works.

Mobile broadband connection sharing with Hyper-V

Found a solution on a german IT site: Unterwegs mit Hyper-V: mobil ins Internet – Evgenij Smirnov – IT Pro aus Berlin

In short:

• add a pure internal virtual Switch
  
• activate ICS on the mobile broadband Adapter and connect it to the above Switch
  
• add virtual switch to VM network adapters
  

 

No mobile broadband connection IE11 and WE

I now uses mobile broadband connection (Huawei modems) from my laptop with W10.

I can connect through Chrome BUT IE11 and W Edge do not work - page cannot be displayed.

On another PC everything is fine.

Using Ethernet or WiFI also works well.

What to do?
