Windows 10: Huge performance problem after windows 11 update

As the title says, i have been facing a huge performance downfall after the KB5034123, problems such as: Extremely low GPU usage only performs on benchmarks, nothing else, stuttering in every type of video player, such as YouTube, Disney+, etc. This is not a hardware issue as i've tested every component except the disk in another PC, i can't uninstall the update via Updates history, nor the wmic method in CMD, for the record, i've ran every type of disk health repair and check command in CMD, and i dont have any restore points, and yes, i've updated to the newest cumulative update but it di

I suggest you to run the System Maintenance troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All in the top left pane.
• From the list click on System Maintenance and follow the on screen prompts.

Huge problem with performance on a new windows 11 update

As the title says, i have been facing a huge performance downfall after the KB5034123, problems such as: Extremely low GPU usage (only performs on benchmarks, nothing else), stuttering in every type of video player, such as YouTube, Disney+, etc.) This is not a hardware issue as i've tested every component except the disk in another PC, i can't uninstall the update via Updates history, nor the wmic method in CMD, for the record, i've ran every type of disk health repair and check command in CMD, and i dont have any restore points, and yes, i've updated to the newest cumulative update but it didn't do anything to supersede this update, before this, my pc ran super smoothly and didn't have any trouble on any games or videos, i've updated drivers [GRAPHICS], activated high performance on the NVIDIA control panel, activated hardware acceleration on graphics settings, activated high performance on every app i regularly use, cleaned up everything in my pc, replaced the thermal paste on both my cpu and gpu, i desperately need a way to either uninstall this update or go back to Windows 10 without losing any files (the go back option is deactivated)

1. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
   
2. Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

I would suggest you to try running Windows update troubleshooter on the computer and see if that helps. Refer the article on Windows Update Troubleshooter.



Method 2:



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article Troubleshoot problems updating Windows 10 and see if that helps.



Note: The last step in the article talks about performing a clean installation of Windows. Please do not perform a clean installation.



Note: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
